Everett Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgical Associates is located in the Medical Office Building adjacent to the Providence Regional Medical Center-Everett on Colby campus. Parking is available in the parking garage located off of 13th street. Shuttle service is available on level P1 to the medical office building and the hospital. Please allow yourself ample time for parking and travel to the clinic.

Our office hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to someone after hours, please call our office phone number and the answering service will connect you with our on-call physician or physician assistant.

Directions:
From Southbound I-5: Take exit 198 from I-5. This road becomes Broadway. Turn right on 13th and proceed two blocks to the entrance of the parking garage*.

From Northbound I-5: Take exit 192 Broadway/41st street from I-5. Merge onto Broadway. Follow Broadway approx. 3 miles. Turn left onto 13th and proceed two
blocks to the entrance of the parking garage*.

From Westbound Highway 2: Take Highway 2 into Everett. Follow highway to a slight left towards ramp for Seattle, Everett/Hewitt Ave. Take the exit for Everett/Hewitt Ave. Turn right on Walnut Street. Turn left onto 19th. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn left onto 13th and proceed two blocks to the entrance of the parking garage*.
